Warranty Policy

Redragonzone.pk is authorized reseller of Redragon in Pakistan. Warranty terms & conditions are therefore set by principle (Redragon / Distributor) and all rights are reserved.


  • Warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Current warranty period set by principle is 60 Days which may vary or change without any prior notice.
  • If Redragon / Distributor rejects any claim due to any reason or violation in their policy, RedragonZone.pk will not be responsible for it.
  • Customers can directly contact authorized support / warranty center of Redragon in Pakistan.
  • Burnt, damaged, tempered or modified products are not accepted in warranty.
  • Turn Around Time (TAT) on warranty can vary from 5 working days to 15 working days and as per policy time given by authorized support center will be accepted by customer.
  • Refund is only applicable if replacement or alternative unit is not available.
  • Shipping charges of sending & receiving the warranty unit are paid by customer.
  • If customer receives a product that has technical defect in product on arrival, shipping charges of sending & receiving the product will be paid by RedragonZone.pk equal to amount charged by RedragonZone.pk while shipping the order to customer. In case of Free Shipping, Rs. 200/- will be paid by RedragonZone.pk for receiving the defective unit from customer however shipping charges of sending replacement unit to customer will be paid by RedragonZone.pk.
  • Any tempering, alteration or modification done to product will void warranty.


While customer makes a purchase of any Redragon product, they accept all the terms & conditions set by principle and thus are not eligible or liable of any legal actions against RedragonZone.pk

No refunds / claims are accepted for no satisfaction.
